Known Bugs in Builder
- Builder is incomplete. It does not save the interfaces that it develops. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.
- Java (JDK1.0.2) is not completely uniform in all platforms. For this reason Builder behaves very badly on the Mac (using Netscape Navigator) and on the PC (using both Navigator and Internet Explorer).
- On the Mac: The Mouse events are focused on the object that is at the bottom of the screen, this means that if any object is covering another object, you cannot click on that object. It makes Builder difficult to use, because it is a very counter intuitive way of dealing with Mouse clicks.
- On the PC: Sometimes one needs to click on one mouse button to get the correct behaviour. Sometimes one needs to click on the other. I have not figured out what this depends on.
